Refund & Return

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased from Rangtitli may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All processes follow the guidelines of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable Indian laws.

  1. General Policy Overview

We aim to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you simply want to return it under eligible conditions, we offer a structured and customer-friendly return process.

  1. Return Eligibility Criteria

A product is eligible for return only if the following conditions are met:

Time frame

 Return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Product Condition
  • Returned product must be:
  •  Unused and unworn
  •  Unwashed
  •  In original condition
  •  With tags, labels, and packaging intact
  •  Free from stains, perfume, or signs of wear
  • Evidence Requirement

For damage, defect, or missing items, customers must provide an unboxing video that shows:

  •  Opening the package
  •  Product clearly visible
  •  No editing or cuts in the video
  • Applications without proof may be rejected.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and policy reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  •  Customized or personalized items
  •  Sale or discounted items
  •  Gift cards or vouchers
  •  Accessories such as jewelry (if hygiene-sensitive)

To initiate a return:

Step 1 – Submit a Request

  •  Order ID
  •  Registered mobile number
  •  Reason for return
  •  Image/video proof (mandatory for issues)

Step 2 – Verification

Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours

Step 3 – Pickup Arrangement

If approved, we will:

  •  Arrange pickup from your address (where serviceable), or
  •  Share a return address if manual shipping is required

Step 4 – Quality Check

After receiving the product at our warehouse:

  •  Product must pass a quality inspection
  •  If it fails inspection, return/refund may be denied

Step 5 – Refund or Exchange

  • Upon approval, we will proceed as per customer preference.

Refunds are issued based on original payment method:

Online Payment Orders

Refund issued back to:

  •  UPI
  •  Bank account
  •  Card
  •  Wallet
  • Timeframe:5–7 business days after quality check
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund is processed via:

  • NEFT/IMPS bank transfer only
  •   (We will request bank details)
  • Time frame:5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when:
  •  Product delivered is damaged
  •  Product is wrong
  •  Product is defective
  1. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for:

  •  Size issues
  •  Defective product
  •  Wrong product delivered
  • Exchange Condition
  •  Exchange depends on stock availability
  •  Only one exchange per order allowed

 If exact item is unavailable, customer may opt for:

  ✅ Replacement with another product

  ✅ Refund (if eligible)

  1. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Before Dispatch
  • Customers may cancel orders anytime before shipping.
  • After Dispatch
  • Cancellation is not possible once the product is shipped.
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders
  • Online payment refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  1. Return Rejection Conditions

Returns will be rejected if:

  •  Product is used, soiled, or washed
  •  Product has no tags or original packaging
  •  Product fails quality check
  •  Customer sends a different item
  •  Return pickup attempt fails multiple times due to unavailability
  •  Unboxing video is not provided in damage claims
  1. Policy Misuse & Fraud Prevention

Rangtitli reserves the right to refuse service or block accounts involved in:

  •  Multiple return abuses
  •  Fraudulent damage claims
  •  Policy misuse
