This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website. Our goal is to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of every product.

 Handover to courier partner

 Exceptions

Processing may be delayed during:

 Festivals and peak seasons

 Natural calamities

 Bulk/large orders

 Outofstock validations

Customers will be notified in such cases.

Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.

 Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Cities: 4–6 business days

 Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days

 Remote, Rural, or Difficult Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

 Weather conditions

 Local restrictions

 Courier delays

Rangtitli is not responsible for delays caused by thirdparty couriers.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

 Delivery pincode

 Weight of product(s)

 Ongoing offers

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

Large orders may qualify for free shipping offers when available.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

 SMS with tracking number

 Email with courier tracking link

You can also track using the Track Order page on the website.

 Tracking Updates

Updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make:

 2–3 delivery attempts

If the customer is unavailable:

 Courier may reschedule

 Customer may be contacted

Order may get returned to the warehouse if all attempts fail

In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Orders may be delayed or returned if:

 Address is incomplete

 Phone number is incorrect

 Customer is unreachable

If returned to our warehouse due to wrong address:

 Customer must pay reshipping fees

 Refund may be denied for COD orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address details.

  1. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping options may be introduced in the future.

  1. Delivery Restrictions

Delivery may not be possible in:

 Containment zones

 Highrisk areas

 Courierrestricted remote locations

Customers will be informed if delivery is not feasible.

  1. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears tampered with or damaged:

 Do NOT accept the delivery

 Inform us immediately via email

 Share images/video for verification

We will assist with replacement after verifying the issue.

  1. Product Not Received but Marked Delivered

If order shows “Delivered” but not received:

 Report within 48 hours

 Courier investigation will be initiated

 Resolution may take 3–7 days

Failure to report within 48 hours may affect resolution eligibility.

  1. Delayed Delivery Compensation

While we strive for timely deliveries:

 Compensation/refunds are NOT provided for courier delays

 Exceptions apply only if delay exceeds 15 days due to courier negligence
